Due to economic crisis Lampard is being forced to put the Georgian house on the market for £8.5 million. It is the same price that he paid for while purchasing the property. The property has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and in fact this was the main home for the couple and their daughters Luna, two, and Isla, one.
Elen insisted Lampard on moving there from their Surrey farmhouse because the farmhouse was too far from London.
