Lampard welcomes stability in Chelsea

Lampard has always grown used to the revolving-door mentality at the team Chelsea. Since he moved across the capital from the West Ham, six managers have come and gone at Stamford Bridge. It has been eight years since. Each of the managers has left his own mark on the midfielder.

In the years to come, there may even be more beyond Carlo Ancelotti. The figure six many rise further. Lampard insists that he is capable of emulating Gianfranco Zola. He said that he will be playing at the top level well into his late 30s.

He said he had enjoyed the different challenges. He also further said that each manager had pushed him on to a different level. The manager Claudio Ranieri brought him to the club, Another manager Jose Mourinho pushed Lampard on mentally and of course Avram Grant helped him at difficult times.

Frank Lampard added, “I didn’t know which way my career was going when Luiz Felipe Scolari took over, and then there was Guus Hiddink.”
