After the convincing win of Chelsea’ with 3-1 over Liverpool at the Anfield on Wednesday, a wave of confidence has engulfed the Stamford Bridge.
Talking to the media Frank Lampard said that it is his believe that the Blues can better Manchester United’s double-winning season last term by adding the FA Cup to the Champions League and also the Premier League crowns.
Chelsea face Arsenal in semis of FA Cup, are 4 points adrift from the pole position in top flight and also have a triplet of away goals to protect when the Liverpool makes a visit west London for the concluding leg of quarter-final of the Champions League.
Frank Lampard said, “Everything is still up for grabs, even though we are behind in the league. This performance just sets the tone for the rest of the season and who knows what can happen in the league and FA Cup now.”
He also added that it is just important that they we keep the standard they showed against the Liverpool.
