Elen Rives, ex-fiancee of Frank Lampard, has finally taken possession of a lavish £2,850,000 Chelsea property. The property has been bought for Elen by Lampard.
This property of six-bedroom townhouse overlooking Chelsea Harbour is just a stone’s throw from Stamford Bridge. Elen will be staying in this new home with her two daughters.
Earlier Elen complained that she and Luna (3 years), and Isla (23 months) had been forced to stay in a rented flat after the of the two.
Elen is now having a new kitchen with granite worktops and also granite surfaces and basins fitted in all the bathrooms in the home. There is also a luxurious steam room.
Elen said, ‘There has been a lot of work on the house and I hope to be in over the next few weeks.’ A close friend earlier said, ‘Elen has been living out of a suitcase since they split and has been worried about the future for her and her two children.’
