The seven year old relationship between Frank Lampard and Elen Rives has come to an end. Rives, a former model, has reached to this decision while on a holiday in Florida in January. Rives has two daughters with Lampard.
Sources say about the reason of this split that Elen has never forgiven Frank for 2 allege infidelities. Friends of Lampard put the cause of the split to the trauma of the recent death of his beloved mother Pat.
Lampard has been accused of sleeping with an Eastern European brunette on a boys only jaunt to Las Vegas about 2 years ago. He has also been pictured in the past with the woman by one of the leading tabloid newspapers. The newspapers also say that he had spend 4 hours in a villa with her.
According to a friend to the Daily Mail, Rives, with this picture and report felt humiliated.
The past record of Lampard also says such thing. In the year 2006 a woman claimed that Lampard had sex with her in a hotel in Barcelona. Barcelona is Rives’s home city.
Both, Lampard and Rives, are said to be thrashing out details over where she will live, visiting rights, and also a payment settlement to the earliest.
