Hard work is showing a positive result says Lampard

Frank Lampard says that the Blues are working harder than before after the interim coach Guus Hiddink took charge of the side. In the Premier League the hard work showed a win in the 90th minute and pushed Chelsea in the second place. The goal was struck by the England midfielder.

John Terry, the captain put Chelsea in front in the 24th minute but Olivier Kapo stunned the Blues with an 81st-minute leveller. Frank Lampard’s goal had awarded Hiddink with his 3rd successive win this summer.

Frank Lampard brief to press has been quoted in USA Today, “He (about Hiddink) took us to the Champions League semifinal and was a huge part of what we went on to achieve,” … “No one’s got a bad word to say about him around the place.”

According to Lampard Guus Hiddink has made a positive difference to the team. Hiddink has done all these by just making the players work hard on the training ground. He also adds that hard work is showing a positive result in the team.
