Lampard recently refused to contemplate the possibility of a Champions League and FA Cup double after his club, Chelsea, came from behind to defeat the Arsenal in the semi-final of the FA Cup.
The Gunners of course took lead through Theo Walcott but the two goals from Florent Malouda and Didier Drogba respectively were enough to send the West London club into the FA Cup final.
Chelsea reached the last 4 of the Champions League in middle of the week but Frank Lampard said to the media that it is going to be difficult because they are confident but never get too far ahead of themselves.
He added further, “It means loads, we take this competition very seriously. We came back strongly (after Tuesday) and I think we deserved it.”
According to Arsene Wenger, he believes Arsenal gave away cheap goals. He also criticised the state of the pitch at Wembley.
